As a Dietitian (Primary Health Care) , you will be responsible for the following duties:

Perform comprehensive nutrition assessments and diagnose dietary/nutritional issues.
Develop and prescribe individualized nutrition care plans.
Provide counselling to patients and caregivers to support disease management and prevention.
Monitor progress and adjust dietary interventions as needed.
Participate in community outreach and public education to promote nutritional well-being.
Provide nutrition consultancy to facilities like nursing homes and caterers serving care facilities.

Requirements:

Bachelor / Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics
Relevant clinical experience in healthcare settings with Dietetic services advantageous.
Registered dietitian at the Singapore Nutrition & Dietetics Association (SNDA) or any recognized Dietitians Association is advantageous.
