What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you’ll be on the frontlines of visitor engagement, ensuring every guest has a smooth and memorable experience at the Chinatown Heritage Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ticketing, bookings, tour scheduling, and merchandise sales.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and assist with general enquiries.
  • Support guided tours by coordinating with guides and preparing visitor groups.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, condition, and security of exhibits and equipment.
  • Respond to feedback and resolve visitor issues with professionalism.
  • Submit daily activity and operations reports to the Centre Director and Manager.
  • Participate in staff training, team briefings, and operational updates.
  • Handle general admin and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Shift Schedule: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Full-Time)

Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays

What We're Looking For
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Friendly, confident, and attentive to visitor needs.
  • Strong multitasking and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Fluent in both verbal and written in English and preferably with an additional language (Mandarin, Malay, Tamil).
  • Familiar with MS Office and comfortable using digital tools for scheduling or reporting.
Preferred but Not Required
  • Background in tourism, hospitality, customer service or cultural heritage.
  • Passion for history, storytelling, and cultural experiences.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
