Tampines - Accounts Assistant (AP & AR | Work Life Balance) - Up to $3,000 + Bonus
Position: Accounts Assistant
- Location: Paya Lebar Quarter (1 min walk from Paya Lebar MRT)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Fireproofing
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform daily operational and accounting duties including AR and AP
- Issue invoices to clients based on payment response and follow up on payments
- Process monthly payments
- Perform bank reconciliation against payments & receipts
- Scanning and filing of documents
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
- Minimum Higher Nitec in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Accounting Software
