Geylang - Engineering Manager (Manufacturing/Aerospace/Precision)

• Drive and oversee new project launches, tech transfers, and continuous process enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support quoting, cost reduction, and capability development efforts.
• Ensure engineering deliverables align with customer specs, timelines, and budget targets.
• Cultivate a high-performing team through mentoring, goal alignment, and structured coaching.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of engineering with supervisory experience in Manufacturing, Aerospace, Precision Machining industry.
• Strong working knowledge in processes such as metal cutting, brazing, stamping, and thermal treatments.
• Effective people leadership with demonstrated success in fast-moving industrial environments.
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders across different levels and cultures.
