About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, grow audience engagement, and support marketing objectives across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
Manage daily social media operations and content calendars
Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience behaviour
Respond to comments, messages, and customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Track, analyse, and report campaign performance using social media analytics and other digital tools
Work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to support campaigns and promotions
Suggest improvements to increase reach, engagement, and conversions

Requirements

Diploma or WSQ Certification in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Business, or related field
At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content creation
Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills
Good understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
Experience with content planning, copywriting, and campaign execution
Familiarity with analytics and scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, or similar tools
Basic design or video editing skills will be an advantage
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Knowledge of paid social campaigns and boosting strategies
Photography, videography, or short-form content creation experience
Understanding of current digital and social media trends in Singapore
