Senior Finance & Capital Markets Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage IPO preparation and execution processes, including coordination with legal advisors, auditors, and underwriters

Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence on business operations and investment opportunities

Oversee financial operations including accounting, cash flow management, and financial reporting

Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and licensing requirements across relevant jurisdictions

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including board members, investors, auditors, and advisors

Support capital raising activities and investor relations initiatives

Establish and enhance internal financial processes, controls, and governance frameworks

Prepare and deliver regular financial reports and updates to headquarters and senior management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Minimum of 10–15 years of relevant experience in finance, corporate advisory, or capital markets

Proven experience in IPO processes, fundraising, or capital markets transactions

Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence

Experience managing financial operations in a corporate or start-up environment

Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

Preferred Qualifications

Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, or equivalent)

Experience in cross-border transactions or international markets

Experience working with financial institutions, investment firms, or advisory firms

Proficiency in Japanese is preferred to support frequent reporting and communication with the headquarters
