Car Rental Sales and Customer Service
About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Car Rental Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team at ASIA EXPRESS CAR RENTAL PTE LTD in the Kaki Bukit East Region. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service and assisting them with all their car rental needs.
What you'll be doing- Greeting customers and handling all enquiries, bookings, and reservations for our car rental services
- Providing customers with information about our vehicle fleet, rental rates, and any additional services we offer
- Ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for customers
- Handling customer complaints and queries in a professional and empathetic manner
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Assisting with any other customer service and administrative tasks as required
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the car rental or hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including reservation and booking systems
- A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
