- Preparation and submission progress claims, VO and finalization of project accounts.
- To source quotations for relevant trade works including price comparison and cost analysis
- Ensure the construction project is completed within its projected budget
- Verify claims for variation and payments
- Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports

Requirement- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Able to work independently
- Must proficient in use Microsoft Office & AutoCad
- Knowledge of contract administration & tender procedures is an advantage
