Chef de Partie

Introduction

We're looking for a Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team and help deliver exceptional food grounded in Japanese technique and tradition.

Responsibilities

Support daily kitchen operations alongside the Sous Chef.
Prepare mise-en-place and ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation during service.
Maintain cleanliness and functionality of kitchen tools and equipment.
Monitor stock levels, support ordering, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
Uphold food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Work efficiently with the team to ensure smooth service flow.

Who We’re Looking For

Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (minimally Level 1).
Solid understanding of ingredient prep and storage practices.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a high-performance kitchen environment.
Open to chefs with limited experience in Japanese cuisine but a strong work ethic.
Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
