Job Description
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
  • Process and manage accounts payable, including vendor invoices, expense claims, and other payments.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of office needs.
  • Support any ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in business / office administration, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
