Job Description
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
- Process and manage accounts payable, including vendor invoices, expense claims, and other payments.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of office needs.
- Support any ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in business / office administration, or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
