Key Responsibilities
Manage digital marketing enquiries, follow up with prospects, understand client needs, and recommend suitable online solutions.
Support digital marketing initiatives including website services, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, and lead generation campaigns.
Create and execute social media content for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, including content ideas, scripting, filming, and editing.
Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline updates, marketing reports, and campaign/content performance tracking.
Explain digital marketing concepts, service packages, platform features, project timelines, and quotations to customers or stakeholders.
Monitor social media trends, campaign results, and content performance to identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with internal teams to support pre-sales clarifications, project handovers, marketing plans, and content objectives.
Assist in brainstorming, planning social media calendars, and supporting new marketing initiatives.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

✅ Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, Data Analytics, or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media, sales, or related functions.
Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, website services, or online advertising.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM tools, Canva, or video editing tools will be an advantage.
Experience in B2B/B2C marketing, FMCG, retail, or digital agency environment will be an advantage.
