Security Operations Executive / Manager

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Operations Executive / Manager to manage and support the day-to-day operations of our security services. This role is not office-bound and involves travel to assigned sites to ensure smooth operations, client satisfaction, and most importantly, the well-being of our security officers.

• Manage duty rosters across various sites
• Point of contact and support for security officers & clients
• Respond to operational issues and manpower needs as they arise
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with SOPs and service standards
• Work closely with the command centre and compliance team
• Handle or follow up on client communication and feedback

• Security related experience or qualifications is a plus
• Positive attitude, integrity, self-discipline, and a high sense of responsibility
• Ability to lead by example
• Able to work independently and as a team player
• Willing to be on standby and respond when operations support is needed
• Strong sense of ownership and empathy towards frontline officers
• Comfortable to work on the move (role is not office-based)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT systems
• Own transport is a plus
