Come join our team for a fulfilling career as:

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job advertisements, application screening, and interview arrangements.
• Conduct orientations for new hires and exit interviews for resigning employees.
• Maintain employee personnel files and the HR filing system.
• Assist with payroll processing (mid-month and month-end) by calculating overtime, incentives, and commissions.
• Provide HR administrative support, including foreign work pass applications and processing staff claims (overtime, meals, transport, and medical/hospitalisation).
• Prepare HR-related letters, such as Letters of Appointment, Confirmation, and Manpower Requisition letters.
• Liaise with external vendors regarding various HR activities.
• Manage company vehicle and general insurance, including cancellations and the verification of invoices and credit notes.
• Support company initiatives for Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and Safe Management Measures (SMM).
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

What we are looking for:

• Qualification: Certificate/Diploma in HR, Business, or equivalent.
• Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mindset: Positive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome (training provided).
