Admin Executive (Assessment) - Town

Hiring: Admin Executives (Academic Department - Assessment)

Location: River Valley Campus (nearest MRT: Fort Canning station)

Salary range: $2600-3200 per month (commensurate with experience)

Job Scope:

1. To verify and check the accuracy of part time lecturers’ timesheet and onward submission for approval.
2. Pre and post assessment including planning, deployment of setter, vetter, invigilator and moderator.
3. Liaising with academic partner examination officers.
4. Post exam documentations including sending results to students and make arrangement for reassessment (if any)
5. Prepares examination and assessment documentation for Examination Board’s approval.Register students for external examinations, and collate and analyse students’ results.To comply with the relevant EduTrust policies, procedures and documentation.
6. Any other duties as assigned the Academic HOD and Director.

1. Excellent communication skills
2. Able to work independently as well as in a team
3. Organised and strong follow-up skills
4. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
