Our Client
Our client is a fast growing company within the EPC space and they are currently looking for an Legal Counsel to be based in Singapore.
The Role- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements relating to business units, including project development, C&I, EPC and O&M.
- Assist with contract drafting/vetting and negotiation across the various business units
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Degree in Law with minimum 5 years of experience in related field is required
- Excellent legal & contract analytical skills with a good eye for detail
- Excellent drafting capabilities and negotiation/ communication skills
