Supply Chain Associate Analyst (12-Months Contract) - Bukit Batok

This is a 12-month contract role.

This role is responsible for planning raw materials, Flavours and Vendor Directs by maintaining safety inventory levels and replenishing based on MRP requirements. Be a back-up for the other raw materials Planner (Non Flavours and Packaging).

• Analyze SAP purchase requisitions and convert to PO’s on timely basis for Flavors and Vendor Directs
• Manage exceptions such as expedites and postponements or cancellations.
• Be the data owner for these materials
• Daily interaction with Production Planners, quality, receiving, freight forwarder to provide updates on raw material availability
• Management of PO relating to vendor direct items and full process since PO creation until confirmation of shipment; and coordination of internal activities
• Responsible for providing feedback for New Product Introduction via e-ICE maintenance for common materials
• Ensure accuracy and maintenance of Safety Stock and raw materials planning master data
• Meet key inventory and material planning metrics
• Identify and manage opportunities to optimize SAP functionality
• Maintain Materials Dashboard KPIs which include PO management, RM shortage, Order Acknowledgement, SOH vs Safety, Shelf life and RM availability
• Provide accurate and timely feedback in relation to Inventory in Risk (MIRA)
• Lead and implement projects for inventory optimization and process improvements
• Monitoring supplier quality and delivery performance and collaborate with procurement team to resolve supply issues
• Meet all internal and external compliance responsibilities including Purchasing Policy requirements, GCS, SOX & AIBI
• Adherence to all PepsiCo Health & Safety requirements is a requirement of this role
• Any other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Inventory or Materials Planning
• At least 5 years of experience in a related Supply Chain or Operations role particularly in raw materials planning
• Strong operational experience in a dynamic multinational organization
• Experience working closely with third parties and colleagues in remote locations to deliver business objectives an advantage
• Experience in FMCG is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple and complex tasks
• Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments
• Possess knowledge of SAP MM module
• Knowledge of SAP module will be an advantage
• Strong Computer literacy, particularly in MS Office, excel
• Power BI knowledge would be an advantage
• Excellent analytical skill, with proven ability in problem solving and quick decision making
• Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skill in, both verbal and written
• Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
• Be capable of working effectively in a cross functional and virtual environment.
