A 2 decade player in the Recruitment industry

Regional ASEAN presence with Singapore as HQ, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam
Many veteran leader to understudy and learn with
Commission are paid out on monthly basis
Located in Town (Right next to Somerset MRT)

What the job does?

Providing end to end recruitment process between clients and candidates
Understanding needs of clients, attracting candidates from various channels including advertisements etc
Learning the skills of hiring and recruitment of the most suitable candidates for clients.
Exposure to learn from experienced manager and leaders on the recruitment process.

How does the job reward you??

Basic salary
Monthly commission pay out, instead of every 3 mths/quarter
Highest commission structure that you can see (No gimmick or rules tie to your team's target or so)
Quarterly Profit sharing --> Extremely rewarding as, highest pay out for Profit sharing was $120k per quarter.
