What you do- Manage and maintain financial systems and processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Identify and resolve issues, implementing process improvements as needed
- Collaborate with various teams, including finance, risk, and compliance, to ensure seamless operations
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools to support financial analysis and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in finance operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively
- Experience with financial systems and processes, including accounting and reporting
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including finance, risk, and compliance teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
