My client is a rapidly growing corporate services firm in Singapore.

They are currently expanding their team and are looking for a Tax Associate/ Senior Associate to join their Tax & Accounting Advisory team.

You will be responsible for preparing and filing ECI and income tax returns for both corporate and individual clients, ensuring compliance with all statutory deadlines. The role involves managing relationships with a portfolio of clients, addressing their tax queries, and communicating with IRAS on client-related tax matters.

You will also be supporting ad-hoc assignments such as IRAS tax audits and reviews.

Requirements:

At least 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience

My client is top tier global professional services firm. They are looking for a high calibre Compliance Manager for their Singapore Team.

You will be leading the compliance function in the relevant office or country and being a trusted advisor to Partners, other fee earners and business professionals. You will have to confidently manage and own the compliance program locally.

The Compliance Manager is expected to form and develop excellent working relationships with their key stakeholders. The Compliance Manager takes primary responsibility for the compliance function within the office or country.

Requirements:

At least 6-10 years of working experience as a Compliance professional
Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
Experience delivering compliance-related training
