About the role

We are seeking a talented AutoCAD Draftsman to join our dynamic team at U-PLAN OFFICE FURNITURE (S) PTE LTD, based in the Bedok North East Region. As an AutoCAD Draftsman, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of innovative office furniture solutions, contributing to the strategic objectives of our company.

What you'll be doing

Producing accurate and detailed AutoCAD drawings for office furniture designs & layout
Collaborating with the design team to interpret project requirements and translate them into technical drawings
Ensuring design compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
Providing support in the preparation of 3D models and visualisations
Maintaining a comprehensive library of furniture components and specifications
Assisting with the development of new design concepts and prototypes
Liaising with clients and stakeholders to address queries and incorporate feedback

What we're looking for

Proven experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman, preferably within the design and architecture industry
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
Excellent technical drawing skills and attention to detail
Understanding of office furniture design principles and industry standards
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding creative solutions
Familiarity with building codes, regulations and project management processes
