[ref. x12977716] Pasir Ris - Resident Engineer [HDB Project]

Location: Pasir Ris, Singapore

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Resident Engineer (RE) to be deployed to a major infrastructure development project located in Pasir Ris HDB. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site works, ensuring compliance with all design, regulatory, and safety requirements under the direction of the Qualified Person (QP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise site works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of works.
• Monitor construction progress, quality control, and site safety.
• Conduct regular inspections and report any non-compliance or deviations.
• Maintain proper documentation of site activities, inspection records, and test results.
• Assist the QP in resolving technical issues and reviewing method statements.
• Attend site and coordination meetings.
• Ensure works comply with BCA, LTA, PUB, NEA, and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Must be registered as a Resident Engineer (RE) under the IES/ACES Joint Accreditation Scheme.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in site supervision of civil/infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of BCA regulations, Codes of Practice, and local construction standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with Pasir Ris or East-side projects will be an advantage.
