Beauty Therapist (Cabin)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our Beauty Therapist is a key player in providing a luxurious and personalized skincare experience for clients. In this role, you will be responsible for elevating the client experience through expert skincare consultations, treatments, and tailored advice, while also driving sales through the promotion of facial packages and treatments.

• Demonstrate products using the techniques, aligning recommendations with the client's specific requirements.
• Propose and deliver tailor-made services and consultations based on guidelines, ensuring a unique and customized experience for every client.
• Performing detailed skin assessments to understand each client’s specific needs.
• Developing customized facial treatment plans based on individual skin analysis results. Including recommendations for in-cabin treatments and at-home care.

• Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, providing tailored care and follow-ups.
• Use clienteling tools to track client preferences, history, and potential opportunities for additional sales.
• Proactively engage clients for rebooking and inform them about new treatments and new launches.

• Exceed individual and overall cabin sales targets through the successful sale of facial packages and products.
• Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.

• Track and manage the sale and redemption of client facial packages.
• Encourage package renewals and upsell to higher-tier offerings as appropriate.
• Report on sales and package performance metrics.

• Participate in and support events, including VIP client events and Skincare Masterclasses, enhancing brand visibility and client engagement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certification in CIBTAC, CIDESCO or relevant courses/qualification
• A passion for skincare with a commitment to excellence.
• A focus on detail and maintaining high standards in cabin operations and client services.
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional client service skills, with an ability to build and maintain relationships.
