Position: Account Assistant/ Executive

• Working Days: 5 days (Mon-Fri)
• Working Timing: 830am – 530pm
• Working Location: Harbourfront Centre
• Starting Salary: $3000 - $4200

Job Description

• Check daily collection and reconcile bank receipts
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve AR disputes, including issues related to discounts, short payments, and tax deductions
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
• Prepare Accounts Receivables reconciliation
• Perform customer balance and aging review monthly
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and other departments to address AR concerns and improve processes

• Check daily outgoing payments and reconcile bank payments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve AP-related issues and ensure seamless operations
• Perform vendor balance and aging review monthly

• Record transactions relating to representative office
• Provide support during the external audits
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior

• LCCI Higher or Diploma in Accounting.
• Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
• Proficiency in SAP system and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
