Our client, a well-known company, is looking for candidates for the position of Associate Engineer - System Support.

Responsibilities:

• Implement systems comprising both hardware and software at customer sites.
• Set up and configure test environments prior to deployment.
• Provide customer training during the implementation phase.
• Conduct post-installation maintenance and support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment errors and failures after deployment.
• Perform other related technical and support duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience and knowledge in setting up and maintaining servers, network infrastructures, and security environments. Proficiency in Linux, Windows Server, or SQL Server is required.
• Hands-on experience with the installation and maintenance of hardware/software, including bank ATMs and POS systems, is an advantage.
• Eligibility to obtain casino-related licenses from regulatory bodies in various countries including Singapore, in order to provide technical services.
• Strong communication skills, both internally (with teams in Japan, Macau, Australia, the Philippines, and the USA) and externally (with customers and regulators).
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
• A proactive attitude, with flexibility and openness to continuous learning.
