Editorial Assistant - Toa Payoh

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Editorial Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our Editor to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of content. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and adept at managing multiple moving parts.

You will play a key role in our content production pipeline, from scheduling to final checks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Scheduling: Manage and maintain the editorial calendar for all our writers.
  • Writer Coordination: Communicate with our network of writers to assign articles, provide deadlines, and track progress.
  • Workflow Management: Ensure articles move efficiently through the content pipeline, from draft submission to final publication.
  • Quality Control: Perform initial checks of submitted articles for formatting, clarity, and adherence to our style guidelines before they are passed to the Editor.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Editor with administrative tasks, including organizing content files, managing correspondence, and other ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Feedback Loop: Help facilitate the feedback process between the Editor and writers to ensure continuous improvement in content quality.
