Key Responsibilities

Maintain precise and up-to-date inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical stock audits.
Investigate and resolve inventory variances quickly and efficiently.
Coordinate with receiving and shipping teams to ensure accurate inventory movement.
Monitor and track stock levels; flag excess or low inventory situations.
Generate inventory reports to support decision-making and operational planning.
Help implement inventory control best practices and continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in inventory handling.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
Proficient with WMS or inventory software (e.g. SAP, Oracle).
Able to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment.
Require hands-on operational duties such as receiving, inspecting, and organizing goods, updating inventory records, and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations
Knowledge of Lean or 5S practices is a plus.
Forklift license is a plus.
