SOURCING ANALYST (East/Contract/up to 5.5K) - Pasir Ris
We have positions in the banking sector for the position as Non-IT Sourcing to join the Procurement Team, to support the category manager and undertake sourcing activities
Job Description:
- Undertake sourcing activities which include contract renewals, running RFx (RFI/RFP/RFQ) as assigned by team manager and/or category manager.
- Review and negotiate commercial and other contractual terms with vendors.
- Ensure compliance to the bank’s policies, standards and guide when undertaking sourcing activities and supporting internal users in the contract renewal and RFx process.
- Support and manage internal users including their queries, service issues and any follow-ups required such as on vendor engagement process, sourcing tool, travel related queries etc.
- Provide admin support & other sourcing support to team manager and/or category manager as assigned. Examples of such support include:
- o Supporting team with data analytics and generating management reports for team.
- o Tracking and updating on sourcing pipeline and savings pipeline and expiring contracts requiring renewals.
- o Providing meeting support for any reviews / meetings with vendors.
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline, preferably in Supply Chain Management
- At least 2years of procurement experience in sourcing/procurement is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (pivot table), PowerPoint
- Positive with good attitude, eager to learn, Project management skill
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, data analytics skills would be advantage
- Singaporean only
- Contract role: 1year/extendable based on performance
