1. Luxury Retail Sales Associate

• Location: Orchard / Somerset / Raffles City / Marina Bay Sands
• 5 days per week / 5 days off every 2 weeks (can choose)
• Basic $1800 to $2000 + $200 Meal Allowance + OT + Commission (after probation)
• Gross salary: $2500++ (before probation) ; $3500++ (after probation)

Job Scope:

• Promoting luxury timepieces to customers.
• Managing customer relationships and satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Creating and maintaining customers’ network.
• Attending and helping out in corporate and customers’ events and activities.
• Good team players who would participate in ensuring that the boutiques achieve their target, housekeeping, and customer service standards

1. Retail Sales Assistant

• 5 days || 44hours/week (3 days 8 hours; 2 day 10 hours)
• Location: West Gate / Changi Jewel
• Basic $1900
• $2200 + Commission (Average $400 to $500)

• Interact with customers to sell products and provide customer service
• Generate new businesses (Walk Ins or / and Phone enquiries)
• To contact customers and perform after sales services
• Attain and maintain required service standards
• Respond to service challenges, e.g. handling customer queries and / or complaints
• Provide supporting activities; i.e. invoicing, packing
• Maintain housekeeeping standards at the Boutique

1. Retail Sales Assistant

• 6 working days (Off day on weekday) 10am – 7pm // 11am – 7pm (3 days start at 10am, another 3 days start at 11am)
• Location: Balestier Road
• $2200 + Commission (No Capped)

• Promote and sell lighting products to clients
• Provide excellent customer service, build long-lasting relationship with current and potential clients
• Handle sales transactions, offer product information and assist inventory management
