About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Engineer to join our Validation & Verification (V&V) team. In this role, you will support software release and testing activities for on-board and station systems used in railway audio and display solutions.

You will collaborate closely with experienced engineers to ensure software quality, reliability, and compliance throughout each project lifecycle.

• Support software release preparation, including performing virus scans and uploading packages.
• Review weekly JIRA updates, collect and consolidate software patches.
• Coordinate with System Engineers and Software Engineers to prepare and verify release packages.
• Execute functional, regression, and non-regression testing activities.
• Utilize tools such as CodeSonar, Bitbucket, and RMTrak for code analysis, version control, and requirements traceability.
• Prepare and maintain testing documentation and reports.
• Provide support for on-site validation activities when required.

• Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in software testing, validation, or quality assurance (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Familiarity with software development processes and version-control tools.
• Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude, and eager to learn.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.

• Gain hands-on experience with industry-standard tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket, CodeSonar, and RMTrak.
