About the role
An experienced academic tutor to teach international school students (K-12). This is a part-time role with potential to grow into a full-time Academic Lead position as the student base expands.
Key responsibilities- Deliver engaging, effective lessons in English and/or Math for international school students
- Prepare lesson materials and track student progress
- Communicate student progress to parents and the team
- Align teaching with international curricula (IB, Cambridge, IGCSE)
- Support coordination of teaching team scheduling and communications
- Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance as the role grows
- Degree in Education, English, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years teaching or tutoring experience, preferably with international school students
- Familiar with IB, Cambridge O/A Level, or IGCSE curriculum
- Patient, responsible, and able to communicate effectively with students and parents
- Leadership potential — able to manage and mentor other tutors over time
