Location: Singapore (Ubi – 3 days/week; Orchard – 2 days/week)
Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives across a portfolio of established healthcare brands in Singapore, including International Medical Clinic (IMC), Smilefocus, and GPA Dental.
This role is responsible for driving digital engagement, supporting patient acquisition activities, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple online channels in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Campaign Execution- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, display, and email channels
- Support end-to-end campaign execution including content creation, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring
- Assist in developing campaign assets aligned with brand guidelines
- Manage day-to-day social media operations, including content posting, scheduling, and community engagement
- Create basic digital content using design tools (e.g. Canva or Adobe tools)
- Support growth and engagement of social media platforms
- Assist / Execute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp or similar tools
- Support audience segmentation, campaign scheduling, and performance tracking
- Monitor and report on email campaign performance (open rate, click-through rate, etc.)
- Support updates of website content using CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress or similar)
- Assist in creation of landing pages using existing templates
- Ensure digital content is updated, accurate, and aligned with campaign objectives
- Support video editing and motion graphics for digital platforms
- Assist in production and publishing of podcast or video content (planning, editing, coordination, and uploading)
- Monitor campaign performance across digital channels
- Prepare basic reports on key performance indicators and campaign outcomes
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with Singapore MOH healthcare advertising guidelines and internal policies
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles
- Strong proficiency in English; additional language (Chinese preferred) is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Meta) and digital marketing tools (e.g. Organic / Paid Ad, Google Search etc)
- Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
- Basic design skills using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Exposure to video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is an advantage
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) is preferred
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret basic marketing performance data
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Creative thinking with strong execution ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with regional digital platforms (e.g. WeChat, Xiaohongshu/RED)
- Experience in healthcare, medical, or regulated industries
- Exposure to content marketing, video production, or podcast production
- Understanding of Singapore healthcare advertising guidelines (MOH)
