What you'll be doing?- Receive and inspect: Accurately receive incoming goods, checking quality and quantity against delivery notes while reporting any discrepancies.
- Manage inventory: Maintain precise inventory records using the warehouse management system (WMS) and conduct regular stock counts.
- Store and organize: Efficiently store products in designated areas, maximizing space utilization and preventing damage.
- Pick and pack: Prepare orders accurately according to customer requirements or internal requests.
- Implement best practices: Ensure FIFO or FEFO procedures are followed and maintain Good Distribution Practice standards.
- Team collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to meet operational goals and support the warehouse's smooth functioning.
- Educational background: Candidates with a minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
- Warehouse experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a warehouse setting is preferred, but candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
- Flexible availability: Willingness to be on standby occasionally for operational support as needed.
- Organizational skills: Ability to manage tasks efficiently and maintain a well-organized work environment.
- Communication: Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail: Meticulous and detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Proactive attitude: Self-starter mentality with the ability to multitask and take initiative when needed.
- Team player: Enthusiasm for collaborating with others and contributing to a positive team environment.
- Working Day: 5 days
- Working Hour: 830am-530pm
- Working Location: Redhill
- Salary Range: $2500-$3000
