Our client is seeking a Senior Planner to join their team!

Their Singapore facility is the first manufacturing site outside Japan for daily disposable contact lenses and serves as a hub for developing innovative technologies and products.By joining our client, you'll be part of a global team dedicated to enhancing vision and improving lives through advanced optical solutions.
What you'll be doing?- Plan and coordinate: Oversee production planning, coordination, scheduling, and dispatching for moulds, Semi-finished goods, and finished goods manufacturing.
- Monitor and adjust: Keep a close eye on production progress, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and targets.
- Collaborate across teams: Work with cross-departmental teams to maximize productivity and yield.
- Analyze and anticipate: Use data and trends to proactively address future challenges and avoid delays.
- Manage inventory: Oversee SFG replenishment, optimizing lot sizes to minimize stock levels and reduce obsolescence.
- Drive digital transformation: Participate in implementing production planning software and automating processes.
- Experienced planner: 3+ years of proven experience in production planning and scheduling in a high-volume mass production environment.
- Excel expert: Well-versed in using Excel for production planning tasks.
- Proactive problem-solver: Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines and solve problems proactively.
- Quality-focused: Knowledge of ISO 13485 is an added advantage.
Working Arrangement:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, 8am-5pm, 7am-4pm, 10am-7pm (flexi working hours)
- Office Location: International Business Park, Singapore 609925
- Salary: $4500 - $6000
