• Duration: Immediate – 31 January 2027
• Salary: $15/hour
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Location: Toa Payoh
• Job Responsibilities
• Attend to enquiries from customers over the counter (by appointment).
• Handle designated customer enquiries via telephone.
• Make outbound reminder calls and conduct phone surveys with stakeholders.
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, document disposal, data entry, statistical updates, analysis, and case monitoring.
• Support backend testing of e-services when required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Diploma qualification is required.
• Candidates should have no more than 3 years of working experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and IT-savvy, with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Patient and customer-oriented, with the ability to interact professionally with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Successful candidates will be required to comply with confidentiality requirements and sign the relevant confidentiality declaration upon commencement.
