Project Engineer

Job Scope:

• Perform route mapping and navigation testing for robotic systems.
• Assist in server setup and peripheral configuration for robot operations.
• Execute hardware and system upgrades/modifications as required.
• Provide Tier 3 technical support (software/system-level issues) to the Service Team.
• Conduct training sessions for Product Operators and Service Teams on system operations and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely progress updates.
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support when necessary.
• Prepare and submit operations documentation (reports, manuals, etc.).

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering OR Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 2 years in robotics, automation, or a related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of AMRs/AGVs and robotic navigation systems.
• Proficiency in mechanical/electrical hardware installation, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with system/network installation and diagnostics.
• Basic knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu) and software debugging (preferred).

Assistant Engineer

Job Scope:

• Install, test, and commission equipment at customer sites to ensure proper operation and compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment faults, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide technical support and user training to customers, addressing operational issues and answering technical queries.
• Prepare service reports and maintain documentation, including maintenance records, repair activities, and recommendations for improvements

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields
• Entry level are welcome as training will be provided & willing to travel to customer site.
