Summary of Job Scope:
- Responsible to preform Preventive Maintenance works as per schedule for Production machines and Equipment.
- Carry out Maintenance activity for supporting facilities as per planning (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc).
- Record and document of all related maintenance activities reports such as SOP, PM, Calibration report and etc.
- Assist Production Department in machine operation setting where applicable.
- Carry out routine monitoring, inspection, maintenance and repair works as assigned by superior.
- Attend and initiate troubleshooting and repair of any machinery breakdown, report immediately to the superior if face any difficulties in completing jobs.
- To carry out installation of new machine equipment.
- Monitor and supervise all work performed by outside contractors is done properly and high standard.
- Ensure the stock for spare part is sufficient.
- Carry out maintenance task as assigned by the superior and management from time to time.
