Centre Manager (Student Care / Education)

Working Hours:

• School Term: Monday to Friday, 11:00am – 7:00pm
• School Holidays: Monday to Friday, staggered 8-hour shifts between 7:00am – 7:00pm

Salary: $4,000 – $4,500/month + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day student care centre operations
• Ensure smooth daily schedules, student supervision, and programme execution
• Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and operational excellence
• Manage attendance, reporting, billing coordination, and administrative matters

• Lead, mentor, and support teachers and mentors
• Foster a positive and aligned team culture
• Conduct team briefings, coaching, and performance discussions
• Ensure programme delivery aligns with the centre’s philosophy and standards

• Build strong relationships with parents and families
• Handle feedback and sensitive situations professionally
• Provide updates on student development and centre activities

• Ensure consistency and quality in programme delivery
• Support continuous improvement of learning and engagement programmes
• Promote student wellbeing, emotional safety, and positive development
• Handle behavioural matters with maturity and sound judgement

• Support enrolment and parent engagement activities
• Conduct centre tours and assist with onboarding processes
• Support hiring and training of centre staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in student care, education, or childcare settings
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong understanding of local primary school environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field
• Experience in premium or boutique education environments
• Familiarity with inquiry-based or programme-based learning approaches
