Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Partnerships
The Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Partnerships – SEAPR will lead Wyndham’s sourcing program across Southeast Asia and Pacific Rim (SEAPR), driving supplier ecosystem development, franchisee engagement and procurement value creation.
This role goes beyond traditional procurement and sourcing responsibilities. The position plays an important role in strengthening Wyndham’s owner value proposition by helping franchisees identify quality suppliers, simplify procurement decisions, improve logistics effectiveness and unlock pricing advantages through procurement scale.
The role will work closely with hotel owners, suppliers and internal stakeholders to increase participation in Wyndham sourcing programs and strengthen supplier partnerships that support owner success and brand standards.
The successful candidate combines procurement capability, supplier management experience and strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders in a franchise environment where participation is voluntary.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing Program Management- Lead SEAPR sourcing program execution and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and expand supplier ecosystem aligned with Wyndham brand standards and owner requirements
- Identify, evaluate and onboard suppliers across categories including hotel operating supplies, FF&E, OS&E, technology solutions and hotel services
- Strengthen procurement processes supporting franchisee operational efficiency
- Monitor sourcing trends and market opportunities to enhance program competitiveness
- Develop initiatives to increase hotel participation in Wyndham sourcing programs
- Build strong relationships with franchisees to understand procurement needs and operational challenges
- Communicate sourcing program benefits including:

- Partner with Operations, Development and Brand teams to strengthen franchisee engagement
- Manage supplier relationships and performance across SEAPR

- Explore opportunities to increase procurement leverage and owner value
- Identify opportunities to strengthen sourcing program commercial effectiveness
- Support sourcing category expansion initiatives
- Evaluate procurement market trends and supplier landscape developments
- Develop reporting and insights supporting sourcing program strategy
- Monitor sourcing program KPIs and performance metrics
- Track franchisee adoption and supplier participation trends
- Support governance and compliance requirements
- Prepare regional reporting and performance analysis
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Hospitality Management or related discipline
- 7–10 years relevant experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, hospitality operations or commercial partnerships
- Strong supplier negotiation and relationship management experience
- Commercial mindset with ability to influence stakeholders
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders and markets
