We are looking for a proactive Technician who will become a member of our team that promotes sustainability toour clients by suggesting numerous creative methods and implementations to reducetheir properties' carbon footprint. The role will report to Samuel Han, whowill lead the Energy & Sustainability business in Singapore, and be part ofa vibrant team to drive an impact through excellent service, solutions andresults.

Roles & Responsibilities- Assist ininstalling instruments and equipment for energy audits and gather the relevantdata and documentation for the energy audit report
- Conduct walk-through audit, measurement, and verification of building performance in order to analyze and recommend improvements
- Project managing on retrofit/ implementation projects
- Developengineering solutions that provide the greatest value to our customers
- Manage contractors, subcontractors & suppliers
- Testing and commission of implemented systems
- Maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction
- Assist in maintenance of the equipments
- Assist members of the Energy & Sustainability Management team in other works assigned, as applicable
Requirements
A successful candidate for this position must be able tofulfill each required responsibility properly. This position requires a goodbackground in engineering, energy, and/or sustainability, as well as a stronginterest and motivation in the disciplines of Energy and Sustainability.Success requires the ability to learn new topics and adapt to differentenvironments.
- Pursuing education in a related technical subject (e.g. Engineering, Sustainability, Energy, Environmental Science)
- Experience in installing Energy Audit equipment & instruments
- Good communication abilities, including report writing and visual and verbal presentation approaches
- Interest in energy & sustainability
- Handling ACMV knowledge/ experience is preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend technical reports and drawings
- Flexible, analytical and efficient in problem-solving
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Able to work well in a team yet can be independent and accountable
