Geylang - Field Service Engineer – Animal Health Division (Cleanroom Environment)

Are you a technically skilled professional with hands-on experience in electromechanical systems? Our client is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Animal Health division, supporting the installation, maintenance, and servicing of advanced diagnostic and laboratory equipment used in cleanroom environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of veterinary medical devices and lab systems at client sites
- Respond to service requests and provide timely technical support to veterinary clinics, labs, and related facilities
- Ensure compliance with safety and cleanroom protocols during all on-site visits
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation for audits and internal reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of field service experience, ideally within the medical, laboratory, or industrial equipment sectors
- Prior experience working in cleanroom environments is highly desirable
- Strong hands-on skills in troubleshooting and maintaining electromechanical systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with a customer-centric mindset
- Willing to travel within Singapore for on-site support
