Toa Payoh - Accounts cum Admin Assistant (Training Provided)

• Basic $2800 to $3200 + VB
• Working Location: Pasir Panjang (Beside MRT)
• Normal Working Hours
• TRAINING PROVIDED

Job Responsibilities:

• Accounting Support:
• Assist in preparing and processing invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
• Bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable tracking.
• Help with bank and petty cash reconciliations and maintain up-to-date financial records.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of financial documents for audit and reporting
• purposes.
• Support the preparation of monthly reports and assist during audits.

Administrative Support:

• Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
• Handle general communication such as answering phone calls and managing emails.
• Maintain filing systems (both electronic and physical) for administrative and accounting
• documents.
• Provide general assistance to the team and management for administrative or finance-related
• projects and tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 2 - 3 years of experience in Admin & Accounts or related roles.
• Familiarity with simple accounts and finance
• Training Provided
