Project Coordinator (Landscape / Construction)
- Location : Jalan Lekar (Bus nearby)
- Working hours : 5 days a week - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Monday - Friday)
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 + 14 days Annual Leave
- Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the planning, scheduling, and execution of landscape projects.
- Assist the Project Manager with daily site operations, including manpower, materials, and equipment coordination.
- Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct regular site checks to ensure work quality, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation such as progress reports, RFIs, variations, and claims.
- Track project progress and assist with cost control and resource management.
- Support client and stakeholder communications and help resolve site-related issues.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ ITE certification in Landscape, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in landscape or construction-related projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Project and AutoCAD is an advantage).
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage due to site coordination requirements
