BUSINESS DRIVER- Drive the store sales performance by analysing the sell-through, devising and enacting the appropriate actions plans to drive results.
- Collaborate closely with the cross functional teams within office, such as Visual Merchandising, CRM, Merchandising, Marketing etc to drive brand performance.
- Look into the individual sales performance of each member, rendering the appropriate coaching to drive efficiency.
- Provide the development plans for store team, ensuring the sound development pipeline
- Perform the business reporting during business meetings
- Empower the department leads to take ownership of their expert categories, providing leadership guidance
- Participate in the buying session when requested and provide effective product feedback based on store needs.
- Empower the team to take charge of their client development, ensuring the achievement of appointment targets
- Foster an atmosphere of genuine inquisitiveness, promoting client discovery and nurturing
- Cooperate with the Retail Events Office for the organization of local events and define a challenging and realistic target per client.
- Partner with the Sales Associates to host clients
- Ensure the team is always prepared and updated on the product knowledge, local market, competitors, policies, and procedures.
- Work with the Learning and development lead to provide the on-job coaching of the retail team, enhancing the learning and development. Ensure the completion of the L&D modules within the digital learning platforms.
- Be the champion of retail operations excellence, enforcing the Company’s prescribed procedures on cash activity, inventory, logistics, and all main reporting activities requested by the head office.
- Limit any deviations from the operating thresholds, such as shrinkage, transfer efficiency etc, ensuring operational compliance.
- Ensure timely replenishment of stationery
- Ensure that the display attracts clients and maximizes sales in accordance with Company guidelines.Ensure synergy and cooperation between front and back of house.
- Be the liason between the company and landlord of mall where assigned shop is located.
- At least 6 Years of Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of driving boutique sales
- Strong leadership and team management skills, ability to navigate diverse personalities and varying competencies
- Strong business acumen, coupled with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Knowledge of the local market and competitors.
