Job Description

Supervise daily cleaning of dormitory rooms, toilets, common areas, and surroundings
Assign work duties and monitor cleaners’ attendance and performance
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
Conduct routine inspections and follow up on rectification
Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and PPE
Monitor and request cleaning supplies and consumables
Report cleanliness issues, damages, or incidents to management
Maintain basic cleaning records and checklists
Coordinate with dormitory management and maintenance team
Handle complaints or feedback related to cleanliness
Arrange deep cleaning or ad-hoc cleaning when required
Perform any other duties assigned by management
