Job Details:
- Contract Duration: 6 Months (Convertible to perm depend on performance and business needs)
- Location: Bedok
- Working days: 3 days per week (Tue-Thur)
Job Descriptions:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department and assigned professionals.
- Maintain accurate records, manage filing systems, and oversee purchasing activities, including online procurement.
- Handle goods receipt, dispatch, and coordinate related logistics and documentation.
- Support and assist in the coordination of departmental projects and ad‑hoc initiatives.
- Carry out duties under general supervision, demonstrating independence, initiative, and sound judgment in day‑to‑day tasks.
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ Levels, or Diploma holder.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- At least 3 years of experience in office administration.
- Fast learner with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates initiative and willingness to learn.
- Experience in Purchasing tasks: such as requesting quotations, negotiating with suppliers, issuing Purchase Orders (POs).
- Experience in Online purchasing: especially experience with platforms like Taobao or other e-commerce sites.
