R&D Director - Yishun

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the research and setup of automated laser production line equipment
• Facilitate the transition of R&D results into practical applications and scalable production
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs for new products
• Develop and expand product market reach and sales channels
• Manage and motivate a cross-functional team to achieve project and business goals

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Optoelectronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Precision Instruments, Control Engineering, or related fields
• Over 10 years of R&D experience in industrial intelligent equipment or laser systems, including at least 3 years in managing R&D teams
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in system integration of laser processing, motion control systems, FPGA-based control, machine vision, and precision measurement technologies
• Proven track record in leading multiple full-cycle product developments from concept to successful commercialization, with strong technical coordination and interdisciplinary integration skills
• Candidate experience in patents, project management, or client-oriented technical communication will be considered a significant plus
