We are looking for an electrical engineer to join our vibrant and driven team working on the cutting-edge of robotics, SLAM and digital twin generation. As an electrical engineer under the projects team at dConstruct, you will be building the systems needed to tackle the complex real-world problems we seek to tackle.
Responsibility:
- Electrical architecture design
- Sensor and component selection
- PCB design
- Microcontroller programming for sensor synchronization and data-capture
- Sensor driver development
- Integration of peripherals with main compute module
- Testing and deployment of systems
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, computer engineering or other related fields. Experience and knowledge in robotics fields are preferred.
- Experience with microcontroller electronics
- Experience with power distribution systems
- Experience with PCB design and PCB design software such as KiCAD or Altium
- Familiarity with C/C++
- Familiarity with sensors, actuators and design constraints common to robotic systems
- Good technical communication skills
- Able to work independently with some guidance
