Maintenance Manager - Toa Payoh

• Oversee the full spectrum of mechanical and technical operations of the RELC building.
• Lead and supervise the Maintenance Team and Term Contractors to ensure high-quality building maintenance.
• Conduct routine inspections of offices, guest rooms, and public areas to ensure facilities are in good condition.
• Recommend and manage ad-hoc improvement projects.
• Implement preventive maintenance programmes to ensure facilities support business operations.
• Ensure building safety compliance with local regulations; investigate non-compliance and develop corrective actions.
• Conduct fire safety training, drills, and exercises; ensure SCDF fire safety requirements are met.
• Manage budgetary controls and maintenance costs.
• Handle other building-related duties as needed.

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Facility Management.
• Minimum 5 years of M&E experience, preferably in hotels, serviced apartments, or office environments.
• Fire Safety Manager Certificate or LEW Certificate (training may be provided if not held).
• Leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Good budget planning and report-writing abilities.
