Job Responsibilities:

• Develop creative design concepts for sportswear and activewear collections
• Prepare sketches, technical drawings, and design specifications
• Collaborate with production and merchandising teams on product development
• Select fabrics, trims, and materials suitable for performance apparel
• Ensure designs align with brand direction and market trends
• Support sampling, fitting, and design adjustments during development stages

Job Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of fashion design, textiles, or apparel development
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Adobe Illustrator or similar) is an advantage
• Strong creativity with attention to detail and trends
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced design environment
