ServiceNow Operations / SRE Engineer - Geylang

Summary:

The role is based in Singapore with a hybrid work setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). Ideal candidates will bring operational experience and a willingness to develop their ServiceNow expertise through hands-on work and certification.

Requirements:

• Perform daily operations support for ServiceNow platforms, including health checks, incident handling, upgrades, and releases
• Provide platform administration and respond to administrative requests
• Contribute to SRE initiative,s including monitoring, automation, and process improvements
• Participate in ServiceNow implementation and integration projects
• Conduct training sessions and maintain end-user knowledge base documentation
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate withthe global operations team
• Produce weekly reports and support compliance with security and operational processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• Experience in IT systems operations or application support
• Basic understanding of ITSM principles and DevOps/Agile methodologies
• Exposure to scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) and security fundamentals
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and web technologies (HTML, CSS) is an advantage
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (or willingness to obtain certification)
